HI FAMILYYY!!!
Wow this place is crazy! I have never been so tired but yet still excited in my life. We are literally always moving. The MTC is great! I have great teachers who are perfect for our class and oh yeah, mom do you remember that girl we ran into at the small burger place? She said she was an MTC teacher and getting a new zone that Wednesday? Well, she's my teacher and when we saw each other, we both flipped out! Btw, so sorry because my grammar sucks and so does this keyboard i have to type on. its a struggle.
Well, I have an amazing companion! Sister Reyes from Georgia/Pennsylvania. She is sooo sweet and very humble and so cute and well I'll send some pictures if I can figure out how to. I know without a doubt that Heavenly Father put us together for a reason. She's been a little homesick so I have been able to help her out and comfort her and on top of that she has humbled me significantly. Wow, i never realized, i mean fully realized how blessed I was. The amount of people in my district from broken homes and families makes me so sad but at the same time I look up to them so much for the commitment and the decisions they have made despite their circumstances.
I know that I am am here for a reason. I have never been so happy and focused. I feel like I've wasted so much time in my life and that I could have done so much more. I guess this is where i change that. I can't wait to get out in my field. I want sooo bad for everyone to have the same happiness and comfort that the gospel brings me. I know this church is true!!!!!
Before I entered the MTC i was shaking, but when I walked in I felt such a strong spirit that I was in the right place. I honestly am no longer worried. I have trust in the Lord that he will guide me and place me where I am suppose to be. AHHH THIS PLACE IS SO GREAT!
Okay so for some little details mom wants to know... My Companion is not going to my mission. She is going to the Winnipege Canada mission.... but the other two only sisters in my district are going to the Kirtland visitors Center as well. My comp is only here for two weeks so I'll probably end up joining the other two and become a trio for my last week. The other two sisters are Sister Berry who I'm pretty sure is my long lost sister, and Sister Hancock who is just a stud in the gospel. They're both amazing girls! My district has 5 other Elders, Elder Allred, Elder Moore, Elder Davidson (from Texas!), Elder Hebert, and Elder West. We just got Elder West though. He's from Australia and he's stuck at the MTC for six more weeks because he just had an unexpected knee surgery. The Elders are just such studs. I'm pretty sure Elder Allred is going to be a Prophet. Remember that name.
Love you lots,
